JOHN HALE HOUSE / CIRCA 1852 / WHITFIELD ST. GUILFORD CT
Starting with an Aesthetically Pleasing complete exterior paint job we moved in side to start the demo and remodeling of most of the 2nd floor.
After demo and preparation work like leveling 150 year old floors we started the framing for the new bath and laundry area in addition to new bedrooms and gutting and remodeling of 2 existing baths to install all new fixtures, showers, and custom tile on floors and walls.
Moving downstairs we removed the existing kitchen and built an addition for a new kitchen 3 times the size of the old kitchen.
We are now in the process of building custom kitchen cabinets built ins and a custom kitchen island back at our shop that we will finish off in our spray shop.
