The Evolution of a whole house remodel:

What started out as an interest in gaining an office in the basement turned into a full remodel with a private office, a separate shower area with custom tile, and a family room. This in turn led to enlarging the 1st floor
living area and transforming a screened porch
into a viewing room with beautiful transom windows and patio doors leading out side to a new Trex Deck with Vinyl railings and custom stairs with Azek Trim.

We then turned our enthusiasm outside. At this point were really having fun and our and our clients satisfaction level is peaking. We tore off the old roof and replaced it with a new 50 year warrantied Architectural shingle with ice & water shield and hurricane nailing pattern as were near the cost.

We installed new wood grained entry doors and replaced the windows with Low-E/Argon gas vinyl windows with mantels.
Then before the finishing touches like new gutters, and Cedar Impressions Siding, we installed a Copper topped Bay Window and built a new Portico with Custom Columns, a Trex landing and steps with Azek accents.
