Project Description:
Design and Build a 700 sq ft accessory apartment / in law apartment addition and a Complete Renovation on a circa 1925 Home.
Step 1- install new 1500 gallon septic tank with state of the art leaching field.
Step 2- after design and layout is complete, foundation work begins..
Step 3- after foundation is in place , we build..
Construction was not your basic build , the design required many load bearing laminate beams at specific spots to accommodate weight distribution.
When complete home will now have the following:
New 2 car and 1 car garage
New 1 bedroom apartment with custom kitchen and bath , walk-in closet , mud room and laundry area.
New composite deck and rails , new entry doors and sliders.
New Harvey Windows
New Roof using GAF Timberline HD Shingles..
New paved driveway
New 200 Amp service and update of entire Electrical service.

Below is a compilation of pics for a kitchen remodel we did in North Guilford,CT that included New Appliances, New Cabinets, Island with sink, Tile floor, Transforming the garage into a tiled laundry area that gives access to indoor pool area, and deck off the kitchen.
NORTH BRANFORD ADDITION
This project was for an addition to a home so the homeowner can have her elderly mom come live with her. A nice little living space with a living room, bedroom, and accessible bath.

This was a very rewarding and fun project. We installed new Pavers around pool and patio area. Then built a custom Pool House with Large Screen TV, Outdoor Kitchen with Fridge, Sink and Stove.
