Estuary No 43 Old Saybrook Ct

Just like the Wyllys St. John Lodge No 4 Hartford project , Lodge No 43 Old Saybrook was also a total interior and exterior remodel that required extensive planning, preparation, and decision-making to create a flawless final result for our client. 

After removal of the east first floor plaster wall, original studs revealed this wall. This is believed to be original to the construction of the building, which was subsequently expanded by 1/2 in width. No other wall in the building has this type construction.
